Cocktail Capelet from IK Spring 2007

I love this Cocktail Capelet. I don't know why. It is utterly useless and purely decorative. I don't know what I would wear it with, or that I could even pull it off. But I love it and really, really want to make it (and I really, really want to be done with my SnB knitting!).
