Through following several links, I ended up on the Best Week Ever site reading about the The Top 15 Sexiest Nerd Boys. Apparently there was a lot of disagreement over the list, particularly some glaring omissions, so there was a follow-up post.
My personal list would probably be:

Ewan McGregor is defiantly my number one hot nerdy guy! i was just talking about how awesome he was the other day. Not only is he a kick ass jedi, but he can sing and dance in a sparkily tux! Number two? John Cussak... mostly because my boyfriend looks like him circa Sixteen Candles.

I saw Jon Stewart doing stand up on Friday night. The theater was incredibly hot, so at one point he wanted to take off his sweater, so he started walking off stage. Of course, every woman in the place starting hooting and hollaring and he took us all to task - he said he sees himself in the shower every day and he's not "whoo-hoo". It was hilarious! After he came back on stage without the sweater (but in a t-shirt), we all still cheered him. So very, very attractive and smart and funny.
