I've been on some other knitting planet such that I missed posting this on the actual publication date. Heck, I didn't even realize the book was out until I saw it on Ravelry. But "Son of a Stitch n Bitch" is out now, and I can realize my pattern (ok, those of you long time and eagle-eyed readers will probably think these look familiar).

I originally made these socks for Kevin after we got engaged last year. Debbie Stoller liked the pattern and said it reminded her of tire tracks, and thus Treads the pattern was born. I've had this picture from the book for months and months and have been dying to share it. And boy am I glad I have it because I seem to have lost the original pictures I took of them before sending them off to Debbie.
I also very excitedly posted the pattern to Ravelry last night (which of course I somehow screwed up and posted 3 times, I think I broke Ravelry and I can't fix it). I alerted one of the volunteer editors, who will hopefully help get it solved.
