I don't mean to be an only complaining blog, but I just got an email about the yarn I ordered a week ago and was anticipating would arrive today or tomorrow. Apparently it is back-ordered and won't arrive at the store for another "week or so" (thanks for being specific!), which means I won't get it for what 3 weeks at best?! The website said nothing about the yarn or color or quantity being back-ordered. And why did it take a week for them to inform me? I would have been more understanding if I had received an email after ordering that said it was back-ordered, or even the next day. But a week later?!
I'm going to go cancel that order. Hopefully it won't take them a week to give me my money back.
